Background Checks

The Arlington Youth Football Club (AYFC) will be running all background checks through the Fairfax County Football League. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and affordable full service criminal background screening program to protect our athletes.  The screening program was developed to assist youth sports communities, churches and other volunteer driven organizations screen out predators and other evildoers from having direct contact with children. The program combines a Comprehensive Criminal Background Check and Sex Offender registry Search with timely results and full complimentary consultation.

All of our volunteer coaches and non-coaching adults that might have one-on-one contact with a child MUST participate in this background check program. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
